Forehearth

Many years of professional design experience, special design and customize for each of individual customer requirments. Accuracy control ability, energy saving, quality control. Construction of forhearth adopts the global leading technology heating methods as well as independent windy cooling system, little flame edge radiation heating, strong flame overall radiation heating.

Feeder

The mechanical punching mechanism and mechanical shearing mechanism of the servo feeder are using servo motor to running its function, the control system has variety of electronic curves to apply and meet the different requirement of mechanical punching speed and mechanical shearing speed

Stacker

This machine is used for bottle production line, is installed at the entrance of the annealing furnace to push bottles from the horizontal bottle transfer machine into the annealing furnace quickly, accurately and steadily. In addition, the machine has precise counting and timing functions, and its speed of pushing bottles is controlled by frequency conversion, which is reliable and easy to adjust the operation.

Delivery Machine

Standardized design, highly synchronization working process with I. S machine , keep each and every bottles accurately and smoothly delivered to cross conveyor and transfer self counting signal to the electrical control system of the stacker .

Annealing Lehr

This equipment is electric furnace wire heating annealing lehr, The furnace is double-layer stainless steel, aluminum silicate fiber insulation, net belt is internal circulation and frequency conversion speed regulation, hot air forced circulation in the furnace, automatic and accurate control of the temperature of each section. It has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving and convenient operation.

Palletizier

Small occupation area, easy to installation and operation, working in air bag clamping type and vacuum suction plate type, Suitable for all types of clapboard

Hot End Coating Machine

The Hot end coating machine can protect glasses by providing fully and uniform coating , including complete bottle protection, to repair micro-cracks on the surface of the product, enhance the product's compressive strength and impact resistance and wear resistance, make the product bright and shine.
